in fact there is a setting for this solution in power options you just have to go in "choose what the power button do" and then unmark the " turn on fast startup " if you can't change those settings, first you need to hit the upper blue sentence.
I just shut down and then turn of the powercord always the best option

*CLARIFICATION:* With fast startup enabled, YOUR COMPUTER *DOES* SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY. All fast startup does is save some core parts of the operating system to the computer's drive so that when the computer is started back up again, it doesn't have to spend time reinitialising everything. But once everyting is saved, the computer turns itself off completely and stops computing. Unless you're having problems with it, SHIFT CLICKING THE SHUT DOWN BUTTON OR DISABLING THIS FEATURE WILL ONLY CAUSE YOUR COMPUTER TO TAKE LONGER TO START UP. If you are having problems, clicking the "restart" button automatically shuts down and then starts up your computer _without_ saving any core parts of the operating system to the drive, meaning it has to reinitialise everything again which may fix an issue that simply shutting down and starting up the computer using fast startup might not fix.

I turned off my computer from Thursday to Monday and the up time is 4 days and 1 hour.
I noticed this about 10 years ago when I would wake up in the morning, my computer was on (MANY TIMES). I knew the only way this could happen is if it is part of the protocols on the OS. Microsoft told me they have no such software. lol, ya right! That means my computer is ALIVE! So after that, I reach behind the computer and flip the switch on the power supply (Desktop only). Unplugging it has the same effect. This won't work on laptops of course. One of the reasons I don't like laptops.
